Sans Mercy Illustration gets its name from the John Keats poem “The Belle Dame Sans Merci”. Rather than being thankless, as the poem implies, Sans Mercy is unapologetic, passionate, and courageous.

Designer Sabrina Reid favors bold colors, fantastical elements and cute designs with a clever edge. She is inspired by illuminated manuscripts, Samantha Mash, and Eiko Ishoika.
